The story behind how our company was founded

LinkyStar was born out of a genuine need in the tourism industry. Co-founders Nicolas Pilon and Denis Maurer recognized that busy professionals, such as hoteliers, restaurateurs, and venue managers, were struggling to keep up with their growing online presence. The avalanche of consumer reviews, social media interactions, and other online activities demanded attention that these professionals simply didn't have time to give.


Determined to address this issue, Nicolas and Denis, with their combined 15 years of experience in data analysis and monitoring tourism trends, set out to create a solution. They understood the challenges faced by establishment owners and hotel chains firsthand. Their mission became clear: to give control back to these businesses, enabling them to manage their online reputation and customer engagement efficiently.

Leveraging their expertise in artificial intelligence, they developed LinkyStar, an innovative platform designed to streamline guest engagement. This AI-powered application is easy to implement and use, saving valuable time for professionals while enhancing their ability to acquire and retain leads. With LinkyStar, tourism professionals can now focus on what they do best—providing exceptional service to their guests—while maintaining a strong and positive online presence.


After gaining experience working with various cultures and international clients, the co-founder continued his international journey in the United States. Coming from the Alps in the heart of Europe, where he honed his knowledge in hospitality, he chose Miami as his new base. This strategic location allows him not only to serve Latin America, the Caribbean, and Central America but also to penetrate the North American market, renowned for its excellence in service.
